01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from shesnake.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
02 Products & Pricing
· All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST · Prices may change without prior notice — the price at the time of order placement is final · Product images are for illustration; actual colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration · We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion · Sold-out items cannot be ordered — we do not accept backorders
03 Orders & Payment
· Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order placement (COD) · Online payments via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets accepted · Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to ₹10,000 — a ₹49 handling fee applies · In case of payment failure, any amount debited is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days · Order confirmation is sent to your registered email address · We are not liable for orders placed with incorrect contact or address details
04 Cash on Delivery
· COD is available for eligible pincodes across India — availability shown at checkout · A ₹49 COD handling charge is added to your order total · Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery — our delivery partner cannot provide change · If you are unavailable at delivery, the package will be returned and your order will be cancelled · Repeated COD order cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account
05 Shipping & Delivery
· Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation · Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days (metro cities), 6–10 days (other areas) · Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500 — ₹99 flat fee below that threshold · Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp once dispatched · We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses
06 Exchange Policy
· Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags · Items must be in original packaging — we do not accept partial exchanges · To initiate an exchange: email support@shesnake.com with your order ID and reason · Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of received items · No refunds — only exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or higher value · Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or wrongly dispatched
07 Intellectual Property
All content on shesnake.com — including the SheSnake name, logo, images, text, design system, and collection names — is the property of SheSnake and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
08 Limitation of Liability
SheSnake is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in product descriptions.
09 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of shesnake.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
