Measurements are body measurements (the size your body is), not garment measurements.
How to Measure
- Measure your bust. Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and snug but not tight. This is the primary number for matching SheSnake sizes.
- Measure your underbust (for sports bras). Wrap the tape directly under your bust, around the rib cage. SheSnake bands are cut with extra stretch for Indian rib cages — measure relaxed, not compressed.
- Match to the chart and size up if between. Find your bust measurement in the chart. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed fit or the smaller for high-compression support.

- What is "India-fit" sizing?
- India-fit is SheSnake's sizing convention — patterns blocked for Indian women's proportions: a shorter torso rise and wider hip-to-waist ratio than Western activewear, with extra band stretch on sports bras to fit Indian rib cages comfortably.
- I am between two sizes — should I size up or down?
- For everyday wear, yoga and pilates, size up for a relaxed, breathable fit. For high-impact training, running or boxing where you want maximum compression and hold, size down.
- How should a SheSnake sports bra fit?
- The band should sit firm and level around your rib cage without digging in, and the cups should fully contain the bust with no spillage or gaping. The band — not the straps — carries the support. If the band rides up, go down a size.
- Are the matching sets sold as top and bottom together?
- Yes. Every SheSnake Matching Set ships as a coordinated top and bottom in the same fabric and colourway. Both pieces are the size you select.
- Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
- Yes — SheSnake offers a 7-day easy exchange for size or style. Unworn items with tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene, sports bras and bottoms cannot be exchanged once worn.
